Stuck in the era of British wrestling from about 1976 until Mr Dyke took it from our screens.  At the risk of being a heretic, was a big fan of Big Daddy in his heyday. Also mad on Rollerball Rocco, Dynamite Kid, Fit Finlay, Johnny Saint and Kendo Nagasaki. My fantasy would be to take any one of them out to dinner and quiz them on all sides about the golden era of British wrestling.
